There are three nice buildings commanding a view of the restored Tokyo Station Marunouchi Building: KITTE, Maru-biru, and Shin-Maru-biru. All three buildings have an observatory deck.
KITTE, a part of the JP Tower (which includes the Tokyo Central Post Office), has gathered a lot of tasty restaurants and interesting shops (perhaps through the recommendations of the broad network of post offices situated all over Japan). There is also the former office of the postmaster (4F) commanding a view of the dome of Tokyo Station, KITTE Garden and observatory deck (6F), an international post office (1F), and Tokyo City Information Center (BF1).
