วัดJomyo-ji เป็นวัดประจำตระกูลอะชิกะงะ สร้างขึ้นเมื่อปีค.ศ.1188 แต่ตัววิหารถูกไฟไหม้ไปเมื่อหลายร้อยปีก่อน เหลือแต่เพียงหลังคาใหญ่ที่ทำจากทองสัมฤทธ์ที่บ่งบอกถึงความรุ่งเรืองในยุคก่อน นอกจากนั้นยังมีห้องชงชาให้ได้ชิมชาเขียวกันพลางมองดูสวยสวยข้างนอก
