Aichi Earth Expo Memorial Park, also known as Moricoro Park, was built on the site of Aichi's 2005 Love the Earth expo (愛・地球博, Ai-chikyūhaku). It is known for its faithful recreation of the Satsuki & Mei House from My Neighbor Totoro, and will also be where the 2022 Studio Ghibli Park is being developed.

The Satsuki & Mei House is a life-size recreation of the house shown in the Studio Ghibli 1988 classic, My Neighbor Totoro. It is located in Aichi Earth Expo Memorial Park (Moricoro Park), where it will be adapted to be a part of Studio Ghibli's 2022 theme park. Satsuki and Mei's House is now managed as one of the attractions in the Dondoko Forest area of Ghibli Park, which opened 1st Nov 2022.
Enter a fantasy world filled with serene scenery where you are dropped into a Studio Ghibli movie set. Ghibli Park doesn’t host any rides or attractions; instead of an adrenaline rush assaulting the senses, you’ll wander through tranquil sets of many Ghibli movies and original conceptual townscapes. As you take a stroll through the park, let your inner child lead you from one exhibition to another. This is truly a park experience unlike any other and aims to build upon the success of Tokyo's Ghibli Musuem. You will be able to focus on each of your unique senses and interact with your creativity—and the nature around you—in a childlike way that will reintroduce you to the wonder in your heart. Please note that you cannot re-enter an area once you leave (except for the Valley of Witches). However, from April 2025, guests with the Ghibli Park O-Sanpo Day Pass Premium CAN re-enter areas (except for Ghibli's Grand Warehouse). Ticket information Ticket sales and information can be found on Ghibli Park's official website.
