Nagai Uminote Park Soleil Hill is a fantastic destination for a family-friendly day out, particularly if you're a fan of seasonal blooms. From mid December until late March, Yokosuka Soleil Hill hosts their annual nanohana festival. The nanohana plants here are cultivated in a way that makes them bloom sequentially over a period of approximately 100 days.

Tateishi Park is a scenic coastal park which has inspired artists and photographers throughout history, including big names like the iconic ukiyo-e artist Utagawa Hiroshige. The park features on several lists owing to its beauty, including 50 Scenic Spots in Kanagawa and Yokosuka's Top 100 Scenic Spots. Additionally, it has been named as a designated Civic Cultural Asset of Yokosuka City.
